Gastronomy has a long tradition in the Sammiller family of innkeepers and the KRONE. In our cozy and tastefully furnished rooms, we serve rustic Bavarian dishes with a modern touch – always created with love from fresh regional ingredients. Vegetarians will also find what they are looking for on our menu.
In the afternoon we serve you coffee and our homemade cakes.
Our Bavarian cuisine has been awarded two diamonds and our restaurant has been awarded the hospitality star.
The restaurant and beer garden invite you to linger – hotel guests as well as cyclists, hikers and boat tourists. After a hearty feast, a cool drink or even coffee with homemade cake, you can continue your journey strengthened and satisfied. We are also happy to welcome bus groups.

Our cuisine is honest, authentic, high quality and firmly rooted in the Altmühltal. The KRONE kitchen team prepares all dishes freshly and uses seasonal products. On our weekly culinary menu we always surprise you with dishes that are dedicated to a seasonal theme – for example with game or pumpkin specialties. The same applies here: All ingredients are always purchased fresh, come from local producers and meet the highest quality standards.
